Return & Cancellation Policy
At MunichWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be in their original condition.

All tags and labels must still be attached.

Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use.

Our customer support team will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace). This serves as proof of shipment in case of loss or delivery delays.

Return Process
Step 1
Contact our customer service team at info.felxonall@gmail.com to request a return.
Step 2
Complete the return form provided by our support team and send the items back together with the completed form.
Step 3
Once your return has been received and approved, BeverlyWear will process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.
Return Address
The return address will be provided by our customer service team once your return request has been approved.
In some cases, returns may need to be sent to an international logistics warehouse. Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or is not collected from the post office or pickup location, it may automatically be returned to the shipping carrier.
In such cases, MunichWear reserves the right to deduct up to 25 CAD from the refund amount to cover handling and return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
All order times and deadlines are calculated according to Eastern Time (ET – Toronto, Canada), regardless of the customer’s location.
Cancellation Period
Orders Placed Between 12:01 AM and 4:00 PM (ET)
Customers may request a cancellation within 8 hours of placing their order.
Orders Placed After 4:00 PM (ET)
These orders enter processing on the same day. Cancellation requests must be submitted before 12:00 AM (Midnight ET).
After Processing Begins
Once an order enters processing at 12:01 AM (ET), cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, a return may be requested after delivery in accordance with this Return Policy.
